Oregon High School Basketball - Salem Academy holds off Central Linn
December 30, 2022: Salem, OR 97301 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR) and the visiting Central Linn Cobras (Halsey, OR), saw Salem Academy's basketball squad hold off Central Linn by a tally of 45-44.
With the victory, Salem Academy improves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Willamina (Willamina, OR) to confront the Bulldogs in a 2A Tri-River challenge on Friday, January 6. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 3-4.
Next up, the Cobras confront the East Linn Christian Academy Eagles (Lebanon, OR) in a 2A Valley Coast challenge, on Friday, January 6. Central Linn will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record.
