Nevada High School Basketball - Desert Oasis knocked off by St. Joseph

The St. Joseph Knights basketball team scored 45 points and held the host Desert Oasis Diamondbacks to 27 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Downey for a non-league contest on Friday, December 30. St. Joseph will battle a Vikings team coming off a 45-41 non-league win over Flagstaff (Flagstaff, AZ). The Vikings record now stands at 11-3.

The Diamondbacks (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Faith Lutheran (Las Vegas, NV). The Crusaders enter the 5A Southern contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, Faith Lutheran was defeated by Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO), 69-49, in a non-league contest.
