December 30, 2022: Rapid City, SD 57701 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hamlin Chargers (Hayti, SD) and the host More Cavaliers (Rapid City, SD), saw Hamlin's basketball squad hold off More by a tally of 39-34.
With the victory, Hamlin improves its record to 4-0 on the campaign. The Chargers host Florence/Henry (Florence, SD) to confront the Falcons in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Florence/Henry won 50-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Milbank (Milbank, SD)
Next up, the Cavaliers confront the Belle Fourche Broncs (Belle Fourche, SD) in a A Region 8 challenge, on Monday, January 2. More will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record.
