Hawaii High School Basketball - Mission Hills holds off 'Iolani
December 30, 2022: Honolulu, HI 96826 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA) and the host 'Iolani Raiders (Honolulu, HI), saw Mission Hills's basketball squad hold off 'Iolani by a tally of 60-58.
With the victory, Mission Hills improves its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Grizzlies travel to Clovis West (Fresno, CA) to confront the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 15-0. Clovis West won 76-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Ellison (Killeen, TX)
Next up, the Raiders confront the Damien Monarchs (Honolulu, HI) in a Freelance challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. 'Iolani will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Monarchs come into the challenge with a 0-6 record after their 59-41 league loss to Kamehameha Kapalama (Honolulu, HI).
