December 30, 2022: Jefferson, TX 75657 In Friday's non-league outing, the Jefferson Bulldogs (Jefferson, TX) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Linden-Kildare Tigers (Linden, TX), by a margin of 62-13.
The Bulldogs (13-11) will now prepare for their outing against Waskom (Waskom, TX). The Wildcats go into the 3A Region II District 16 outing with a 11-5 record. In their last outing, Waskom smashed Wheatley (Houston, TX), 49-38, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now own a 5-13 record. They play next when they travel to Harleton for a 2A Region III District 21 outing on Tuesday, January 3. Linden-Kildare will clash with a Wildcats squad coming off a 51-46 non-league loss to West Rusk (New London, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-6.
