California High School Basketball - Mission Hills nips St. Augustine
December 30, 2022: San Diego, CA 92104 Mission Hills Grizzlies (San Marcos, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host St. Augustine Saints (San Diego, CA), 54-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Mission Hills upgrades its record to 10-0 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA) to play the Lancers in a bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 13-3.
Next up, the Saints play the La Costa Canyon Mavericks (Carlsbad, CA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 3. St. Augustine will attempt to upgrade on its 7-6 season record. The Mavericks go into the bout with a 6-5 record after their 54-43 non-league loss to Mission Hills (San Marcos, CA).
