December 30, 2022: Randleman, NC 27317 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC) and the visiting North Surry Greyhounds (Mount Airy, NC), saw Randleman's basketball squad hold off North Surry by a count of 51-49.
With the victory, Randleman upgrades its record to 8-6 on the campaign. The Tigers host Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 3. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Uwharrie Charter lost 43-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Trinity (Trinity, NC)
Next up, the Greyhounds play the Mount Airy Granite Bears (Mount Airy, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 3. North Surry will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record. The Granite Bears come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 50-29 non-league loss to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
