The Lions now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodlawn for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 2. Briarwood Christian will confront a Colonels team coming off a 71-68 non-league loss to Wenonah (Birmingham, AL). The Colonels record now stands at 5-13.
The Bulldogs (8-5) will now prepare for their battle against Charles Henderson (Troy, AL). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 7-9 record. In their last battle, Charles Henderson was overwhelmed by Dothan (Dothan, AL), 53-45, in a non-league battle.
