The St. Joseph Cadets basketball team scored 83 points and held the host Bassick Lions to 62 in the Cadets non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Cadets now sport a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stamford for a Fairfield County contest on Friday, January 5. St. Joseph will meet a Black Knights team coming off a 58-55 non-league win over New Fairfield (New Fairfield, CT). The Black Knights record now stands at 4-1.
