December 30, 2023: McKinney, TX 75071 The Beckville Bearcats topped the host McKinney Christian Academy Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 65-50 in Saturday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Bearcats face the Brook Hill Guard (Bullard, TX) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 2. Beckville will attempt to move on its 12-5 season record. The Guard enter the game with a 12-6 record after their 51-45 non-league loss to Brownsboro (Brownsboro, TX).
With the defeat, McKinney Christian Academy moves to 12-9 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Covenant (Dallas, TX) to face the Knights in a TAPPS 4A District 2 game on Tuesday, January 9. The Knights enter the game with a record of 12-4.
