Ohio High School Basketball - Bedford tops Chardon
December 30, 2023: Chardon, OH 44024 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Bedford Bearcats (Bedford, OH) and the host Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH), saw Bedford's basketball squad knock off Chardon by a tally of 72-58.
With the victory, Bedford improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Lorain (Lorain, OH) to play the Titans in a Lake Erie challenge on Friday, January 5. The Titans come into the challenge with a record of 2-6. Lorain lost 87-61 in their recent non-league challenge against Whitmer (Toledo, OH)
Next up, the Hilltoppers play the Chagrin Falls Tigers (Chagrin Falls, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Chardon will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 41-40 non-league loss to Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH).
