December 30, 2023: Tacoma, WA 98405 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Temecula Valley Golden Bears (Temecula, CA) and the host Bellarmine Prep Lions (Tacoma, WA), saw Temecula Valley's basketball squad overcome Bellarmine Prep by a tally of 53-43.
With the victory, Temecula Valley improves its record to 7-8 on the campaign. The Golden Bears travel to Vista Murrieta (Murrieta, CA) to confront the Broncos in a Southwestern challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Broncos come into the challenge with a record of 17-1. Vista Murrieta won 46-42 in their recent non-league challenge against Bosco Tech (Rosemead, CA)
Next up, the Lions confront the Graham-Kapowsin Eagles (Graham, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Bellarmine Prep will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 60-58 non-league win over Kennedy Catholic (Burien, WA).
