Washington High School Basketball - Lynden Christian trounces Bellevue Christian
December 30, 2023: Lynden, WA 98264 The Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA) basketball crushed the visiting Bellevue Christian Vikings (Clyde Hill, WA), 81-40 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Lyncs (11-0) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Baker (Deming, WA). The Mountaineers go into the 1A/2A/3A Northwest test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Mt. Baker was trounced by Meridian (Bellingham, WA), 88-64, in a league test.
The Vikings now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Vashon Island for a 1A Nisqually test on Wednesday, January 3. Bellevue Christian will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 55-52 non-league win over University Prep (Seattle, WA). The Pirates record now stands at 2-6.
