December 30, 2023: Canadian, TX 79014 The Canadian Wildcats (Canadian, TX) basketball crushed the visiting Comanche Indians (Comanche, TX), 66-39 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Panhandle (Panhandle, TX). The Panthers go into the non-league test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Panhandle was trounced by Tournament Opponent (, ), 74-45, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 9-8 record. They play next when they host Brock for a 3A Region I District 8 test on Tuesday, January 2. Comanche will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 46-43 non-league loss to Hitchcock (Hitchcock, TX). The Eagles record now stands at 14-8.
