The Cowboys now sport a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6. Carter will battle a Eagles team coming off a 80-79 non-league win over Little Rock Christian Academy (Little Rock, AR). The Eagles record now stands at 14-3.
The Lions (19-5) will now prepare for their contest against San Angelo Central (San Angelo, TX). The Bobcats enter the non-league contest with a 17-7 record. In their last contest, San Angelo Central was defeated by Hendrickson (Pflugerville, TX), 51-36, in a non-league contest.
