Washington High School Basketball - Winlock fells Concrete
December 30, 2023: Concrete, WA 98237 Winlock Cardinals (Winlock, WA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Concrete Lions (Concrete, WA), 66-55 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Winlock upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Toledo (Toledo, WA) to play the Indians in a 2B Central bout on Thursday, January 4. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 9-3. Toledo won 77-19 in their recent non-league bout against Lake Quinault (Amanda Park, WA)
Next up, the Lions play the LaConner Braves (LaConner, WA) in a 1B/2B Northwest bout, on Friday, January 5. Concrete will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Braves go into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 44-42 non-league loss to Black Hills (Tumwater, WA).
