Crockett will confront a Pirates team coming off a 49-42 non-league win over Kelly Catholic (Beaumont, TX). The Pirates record now stands at 11-11.
The Eagles (8-11) will now prepare for their battle against Franklin (Franklin, TX). The Lions come into the 3A Region III District 20 battle with a 2-7 record. In their last battle, Franklin was nudged by La Marque (La Marque, TX), 42-41, in a non-league battle.
