Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Rusk Eagles (Rusk, TX) and the visiting Diboll Lumberjacks (Diboll, TX), saw Rusk's basketball squad wallop Diboll by a tally of 58-31.

With the victory, Rusk improves its record to 3-17 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Grapeland (Grapeland, TX) to confront the Sandies in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 5. The Sandies come into the challenge with a record of 13-9. Grapeland won 60-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Buffalo (Buffalo, TX)
