New Jersey High School Basketball - Ewing knocked off by Franklin
December 30, 2023: Somerset, NJ 08873 The Franklin Warriors basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Ewing Blue Devils to 54 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Warriors now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Perth Amboy for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 6.
Next up, the Blue Devils play the Lawrence Cardinals (Lawrenceville, NJ) in a Colonial Valley challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Ewing will attempt to upgrade on its 4-2 season record. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 40-35 league loss to Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ).
