South Dakota High School Basketball - West Central fells Hill City
December 30, 2023: Hartford, SD 57033 West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Hill City Rangers (Hill City, SD), 60-45 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Central upgrades its record to 3-3 on the season. The Trojans travel to Sioux Falls Christian (Sioux Falls, SD) to clash with the Chargers in a A Region 3 bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 4-0. Sioux Falls Christian won 67-63 in their recent non-league bout against DeLaSalle (Minneapolis, MN)
Next up, the Rangers clash with the Spearfish Spartans (Spearfish, SD) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 4. Hill City will attempt to upgrade on its 3-3 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 2-3 record after their 47-46 non-league win over Hot Springs (Hot Springs, SD).
