Texas High School Basketball - Tolar topped by Jim Ned
December 30, 2023: Tolar, TX 76476 The Jim Ned Indians basketball team scored 51 points and restricted the host Tolar Rattlers to 36 in the Indians non-league victory on Saturday.
The Indians now sport a 15-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coahoma for a 3A Region I District 6 contest on Tuesday, January 2. Jim Ned will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 72-58 non-league win over Olney (Olney, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 12-8.
The Rattlers (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Ranger (Ranger, TX). The Bulldogs come into the 2A Region II District 11 contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, Ranger dropped by Azle Christian (Azle, TX), 2-0, in a non-league contest.
