December 30, 2023: Lexington, SC 29072 The Lexington Wildcats (Lexington, SC) basketball nipped the visiting North Crowley Panthers (Fort Worth, TX), 74-69 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Summerville (Summerville, SC). The Green Wave go into the non-league test with a 14-1 record. In their last test, Summerville got by Indian Land (Fort Mill, SC), 64-57, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 17-3 record. They play next when they host Trinity for a 6A Region I District 3 test on Tuesday, January 2. North Crowley will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 54-48 non-league loss to Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX). The Trojans record now stands at 2-13.
