Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Platteview Trojans (Springfield, NE) and the host Lincoln Lutheran Warriors (Lincoln, NE), saw Platteview's basketball squad hold off Lincoln Lutheran by a count of 51-50.

With the victory, Platteview upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Trojans host Roncalli Catholic (Omaha, NE) to play the Crimson Pride in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Crimson Pride come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Roncalli Catholic lost 58-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Ashland-Greenwood (Ashland, NE)

Next up, the Warriors play the Concordia Mustangs (Omaha, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 4. Lincoln Lutheran will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record.
