Washington High School Basketball - Our Lady of Good Counsel ripped by O'Dea
December 30, 2023: Seattle, WA 98104 The O'Dea Fighting Irish basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Our Lady of Good Counsel Falcons to 41 in the Fighting Irish non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Fighting Irish now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bishop Blanchet for a 3A Metro contest on Wednesday, January 3. O'Dea will meet a Bears team coming off a 49-43 non-league loss to Lodi (Lodi, CA). The Bears record now stands at 3-7.
The Falcons (3-12) will now prepare for their contest against The Heights (Potomac, MD). The enter the Washington Catholic contest with a 0-7 record. In their last contest, The Heights was routed by New Hope Academy (Landover Hills, MD), 90-76, in a non-league contest.
