Kentucky High School Basketball - Paris fells Western
December 30, 2023: Paris, KY 40361 Paris Greyhounds (Paris, KY) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Western Warriors (Louisville, KY), 67-57 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Paris upgrades its record to 4-8 on the season. The Greyhounds travel to George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY) to clash with the Cardinals in a District 40 bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 11-1. George Rogers Clark won 54-50 in their recent non-league bout against Madison Central (Richmond, KY)
Next up, the Warriors clash with the Eastern Eagles (Louisville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Western will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record.
