New Jersey High School Basketball - Red Bank Regional nips Ranney
December 30, 2023: Little Silver, NJ 07739 Red Bank Regional Bucs (Little Silver, NJ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Ranney (Tinton Falls, NJ), 63-57 in a league bout.
With the win, Red Bank Regional upgrades its record to 6-1 on the season. The Bucs host Lacey Township (Lanoka Harbor, NJ) to play the Lions in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 2. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Lacey Township lost 74-66 in their recent non-league bout against Shore Regional (West Long Branch, NJ)
Next up, the play the Central Regional Golden Eagles (Bayville, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Ranney will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 40-39 league loss to Toms River North (Toms River, NJ).
