California High School Basketball - Village Christian knocked off by Chatsworth
December 30, 2023: Sun Valley, CA 91352 The Chatsworth Chancellors basketball team scored 72 points and held the host Village Christian Crusaders to 62 in the Chancellors non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Chancellors now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Birmingham for a contest on Wednesday, January 10. Chatsworth will battle a Patriots team coming off a 53-50 non-league loss to Valencia (Valencia, CA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-3.
The Crusaders (1-12) will now prepare for their contest against Maranatha (Pasadena, CA). The Minutemen enter the contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Maranatha ran past Cathedral (Los Angeles, CA), 43-37, in a non-league contest.
