Indiana High School Basketball - Decatur Central crushes Owen Valley

December 30, 2023: Indianapolis, IN 46221

Decatur Central Hawks (Indianapolis, IN) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Owen Valley Patriots (Spencer, IN), 52-29 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Decatur Central upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Hawks host Greenwood (Greenwood, IN) to play the Woodmen in a bout on Friday, January 19. The Woodmen come into the bout with a record of 4-4.

Next up, the Patriots play the Bloomington North Cougars (Bloomington, IN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 8. Owen Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record.
