In Saturday's non-league match, the host Manchester Blue Devils basketball team scored a good 52-33 triumph over the Brookstone Cougars.

In their next game, the Blue Devils meet the Taylor County Vikings (Butler, GA) in a A D2 Region 6 match, on Tuesday, January 2. Manchester will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record.
