Poly Bears (Riverside, CA) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Colony Titans (Ontario, CA), 39-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Poly upgrades its record to 5-13 on the season. The Bears travel to Lakeside (Lake Elsinore, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a Ivy bout on Wednesday, January 3. The Lancers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Titans clash with the Ayala Bulldogs (Chino Hills, CA) in a Palomares bout, on Friday, January 5. Colony will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 7-10 record after their 36-21 non-league win over Don Lugo (Chino, CA).
