Washington High School Basketball - Prairie beaten by Culver City
December 30, 2023: Vancouver, WA 98662 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Culver City Centaurs basketball team scored a good 50-38 triumph over the Prairie Falcons.
In their next game, the Centaurs face the Mira Costa Mustangs (Manhattan Beach, CA) in a Bay match, on Friday, January 5. Culver City will attempt to move on its 10-7 season record. The Mustangs enter the match with a 15-2 record after their 47-37 non-league win over West (Torrance, CA).
With the defeat, Prairie moves to 3-3 on the year. The Falcons travel to Evergreen (Vancouver, WA) to face the Plainsmen in a 3A Greater St. Helens match on Tuesday, January 2. The Plainsmen enter the match with a record of 4-7. Evergreen lost 75-43 in their recent non-league match against West Valley (Yakima, WA)
