Maryland High School Basketball - Eastern Tech trounces Friends
December 30, 2023: Baltimore, MD 21210 The Eastern Tech Mavericks (Baltimore, MD) basketball crushed the host Friends Quakers (Baltimore, MD), 63-19 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Mavericks (3-4) will now prepare for their test against Patapsco (Baltimore, MD). The Patriots go into the non-league test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Patapsco was trounced by Patterson Mill (Bel Air, MD), 62-32, in a non-league test.
The Quakers now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Indian Creek for a IAAM C test on Friday, January 5. Friends will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 43-27 non-league win over Harford Tech (Bel Air, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
