Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Hamshire-Fannett Longhorns (Hamshire, TX) and the visiting McCallum Knights (Austin, TX), saw Hamshire-Fannett's basketball squad overcome McCallum by a tally of 45-35.

With the victory, Hamshire-Fannett improves its record to 11-11 on the campaign. The Longhorns host Porter (Porter, TX) to confront the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 2. The Spartans come into the challenge with a record of 11-10. Porter lost 47-39 in their recent non-league challenge against Nimitz (Houston, TX)
