In Saturday's non-league outing, the Leyton Warriors (Dalton, NE) basketball squad beat the host Perkins County Plainsmen (Grant, NE), by a count of 56-48.

The Warriors (8-0) will now prepare for their outing against Paxton (Paxton, NE). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Paxton defeated Cambridge (Cambridge, NE), 36-26, in a non-league outing.
