December 30, 2023: Ravenna, NE 68869 The Sandhills/Thedford Knights basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Ravenna Bluejays to 31 in the Knights non-league victory on Saturday.
The Knights now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Loup for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 4. Sandhills/Thedford will battle a team coming off a 43-29 non-league loss to Hershey (Hershey, NE). The record now stands at 3-6.
The Bluejays (2-8) will now prepare for their contest against Doniphan-Trumbull (Doniphan, NE). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Doniphan-Trumbull triumphed over Nebraska Christian (Central City, NE), 50-43, in a non-league contest.
