Massachusetts High School Basketball - Algonquin Regional knocks off St. Paul
December 30, 2024: Worcester, MA 01605 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Algonquin Regional Titans basketball team scored a good 54-35 win over the St. Paul Knights.
The Titans (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Shrewsbury (Shrewsbury, MA). The Colonials come into the Midland-Wachusett A contest with a 2-2 record. In their last contest, Shrewsbury was topped by Doherty Memorial (Worcester, MA), 80-66, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Knights battle the St. Bernard's Central Catholic Bernardians (Fitchburg, MA) in a Central Mass contest, on Friday, January 3. St. Paul will attempt to better on its 2-4 season record. The Bernardians come into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 65-31 non-league loss to Gardner (Gardner, MA).
