Washington High School Basketball - Auburn thwarts St. Paul
December 30, 2024: Auburn, WA 98002 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Auburn Trojans (Auburn, WA) and the visiting St. Paul Swordsmen (Santa Fe Springs, CA), observed Auburn's basketball team knock off St. Paul by a score of 80-60.
The Trojans (9-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Battle Ground (Battle Ground, WA). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Battle Ground prevailed over Washougal (Washougal, WA), 70-67, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Swordsmen battle the Bishop Montgomery Knights (Torrance, CA) in a Del Rey challenge, on Friday, January 3. St. Paul will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 79-54 non-league loss to Liberty (Brentwood, CA).
