Washington High School Basketball - Bellevue sneaks past Bishop Gorman
December 30, 2024: Bellevue, WA 98004 The Bellevue Wolverines (Bellevue, WA) basketball edged the visiting Bishop Gorman Gaels (Las Vegas, NV), 65-61 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Wolverines now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a 3A KingCo bout on Tuesday, January 7. Bellevue will play a Patriots team coming off a 67-52 non-league win over Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA). The Patriots record now stands at 9-1.
With the loss, Bishop Gorman falls to 12-3 on the campaign. The Gaels travel to Foothill (Henderson, NV) to play the Falcons in a 5A Southern bout on Wednesday, January 8. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 8-10. Foothill won 42-38 in their recent non-league bout against Paloma Valley (Menifee, CA)
