The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA) and the host Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), observed Blue Ridge's basketball team knock off Myers Park by a score of 74-64.

The Barons (14-0) will now prepare for their challenge against 1 of 1 Academy (Indian Trail, NC). The - come into the non-league challenge with a 15-2 record. In their last challenge, 1 of 1 Academy was knocked off by Bella Vista College Preparatory School (Scottsdale, AZ), 77-66, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs encounter the Ardrey Kell Knights (Charlotte, NC) in a 4A South Meck challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Myers Park will attempt to improve on its 6-8 season record.
