Washington High School Basketball - Cascade trounced by Shorecrest
December 30, 2024: Seattle, WA 98155 Shorecrest Scots (Seattle, WA) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Cascade Bruins (Everett, WA), 84-35 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Shorecrest advances its record to 10-0 on the year. The Scots host Arlington (Arlington, WA) to face the Eagles in a non-league match on Thursday, January 2. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 7-2. Arlington won 66-38 in their recent non-league match against Stanwood (Stanwood, WA)
The Bruins now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Stevens for a 4A Wesco match on Friday, January 3. Cascade will face a Vikings squad coming off a 43-34 non-league win over Lakewood (Arlington, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-7.
