Missouri High School Basketball - Crest Ridge defeats Putnam County
December 30, 2024: Unionville, MO 63565 The Crest Ridge Cougars (Centerview, MO) basketball were winner over the host Putnam County Midgets (Unionville, MO), 49-36 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 7-3 record. They play next when they host Penney for a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 31. Crest Ridge will play a Hornets team coming off a 84-46 league loss to Mid-Buchanan (Faucett, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Putnam County falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Midgets host Trenton (Trenton, MO) to play the Bulldogs in a Grand River bout on Friday, January 3. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Trenton won 76-34 in their recent non-league bout against Worth County (Grant City, MO)
