With the victory, Dawson County advances its record to 4-10 on the year. The Tigers travel to Chestatee (Gainesville, GA) to meet the War Eagles in a AAA Region 6 battle on Friday, January 3. The Mustangs now own a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Gibson for a non-league battle on Friday, January 3. Madison will clash with a Hornets squad coming off a 48-33 non-league loss to Jackson Christian (Jackson, TN). The Hornets record now stands at 7-6.
