Alabama High School Basketball - Dothan holds off Providence Christian
December 30, 2024: Dothan, AL 36303 The Dothan Wolves basketball team scored 54 points and limited the visiting Providence Christian Eagles to 47 in the Wolves non-league triumph on Monday.
The Wolves now have a 17-1 record. They play next when they travel to Houston Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, December 31. Dothan will confront a Raiders team coming off a 81-71 non-league win over Carroll (Ozark, AL). The Raiders record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Providence Christian falls to 13-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Eufaula (Eufaula, AL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, December 31. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 4-8. Eufaula won 72-40 in their recent non-league game against Ashford (Ashford, AL)
