December 30, 2024: Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 The South Walton Seahawks (Santa Rosa Beach, FL) basketball crushed the visiting Forsyth Central Bulldogs (Cumming, GA), 50-25 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Seahawks now possess a 8-6 record. They play next when they host Rutherford for a 3A District 1 bout on Thursday, January 2. South Walton will play a Rams team coming off a 49-47 non-league loss to Crestview (Crestview, FL). The Rams record now stands at 3-9.
With the loss, Forsyth Central falls to 9-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 4. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 7-9. Flowery Branch won 72-69 in their recent non-league bout against North Hall (Gainesville, GA)
