West Virginia High School Basketball - Forsyth Country Day triumphant over Linsly
December 30, 2024: Wheeling, WV 26003 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Forsyth Country Day Furies (Lewisville, NC) and the host Linsly Cadets (Wheeling, WV), observed Forsyth Country Day's basketball team overwhelm Linsly by a margin of 80-49.
The Furies (15-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Bull City Prep National (Charlotte, NC). The Bulls come into the non-league challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Bull City Prep National was trounced by Combine Academy National (Lincolnton, NC), 91-69, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Cadets battle the Dover Crimson Tornadoes (Dover, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 3. Linsly will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Crimson Tornadoes come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 58-42 non-league loss to Ashland (Ashland, OH).
