California High School Basketball - Salesian nudges JW North
December 30, 2024: Riverside, CA 92507 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Salesian Mustangs (Los Angeles, CA) and the host JW North Huskies (Riverside, CA), observed Salesian's basketball team edge JW North by a score of 45-38.
The Mustangs (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Pioneer (Whittier, CA). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 15-1 record. In their last challenge, Pioneer edged Rosemead (Rosemead, CA), 75-52, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Huskies encounter the Heritage Patriots (Menifee, CA) in a Sunbelt challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. JW North will attempt to improve on its 7-9 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 65-38 league loss to Canyon Springs (Moreno Valley, CA).
