December 30, 2024: Nashville, TN 37204 The Lipscomb Academy Mustangs (Nashville, TN) basketball edged the visiting West Rebels (Knoxville, TN), 68-63 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they host Christ Presbyterian Academy for a Division II-AA Middle bout on Friday, January 3. Lipscomb Academy will play a Lions team coming off a 59-53 non-league loss to Ezell-Harding Christian (Antioch, TN). The Lions record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, West falls to 10-3 on the campaign. The Rebels host Morristown-Hamblen West (Morristown, TN) to play the Trojans in a non-league game on Monday, January 6. The Trojans go into the game with a record of 3-6.
