Oregon High School Basketball - Seaside holds off Marist
December 30, 2024: Eugene, OR 97401 In Monday's non-league contest, the visiting Seaside Seagulls basketball team scored a close 46-43 triumph over the Marist Spartans.
The Seagulls (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against North Marion (Aurora, OR). The Huskies go into the non-league contest with a 6-3 record. In their last contest, North Marion nipped Sisters (Sisters, OR), 74-68, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Spartans confront the Cascade Cougars (Turner, OR) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Marist will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 7-0 record after their 66-63 league win over Newport (Newport, OR).
