December 30, 2024: Canton, GA 30115 The Sequoyah Chiefs bounced the visiting Warren East Raiders basketball squad by a final score of 84-63 in Monday's non-league outing.
Next, the Chiefs clash with the Woodstock Wolverines (Woodstock, GA) in a AAAAA Region 6 outing, on Tuesday, January 7. Sequoyah will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record.
The Raiders (6-4) will now prepare for their outing against Barren County (Glasgow, KY). The Trojans come into the District 15 outing with a 3-8 record. In their last outing, Barren County was overwhelmed by Somerset Academy Losee (North Las Vegas, NV), 54-46, in a non-league outing.
