New Jersey High School Basketball - Absegami thwarts Middlesex
December 30, 2024: Galloway, NJ 08205 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ) and the visiting Middlesex Bluejays (Middlesex, NJ), observed Absegami's basketball team knock off Middlesex by a score of 46-34.
The Braves (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Atlantic Christian (Egg Harbor Township, NJ). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Atlantic Christian was knocked off by Delaware County Christian (Newtown Square, PA), 44-28, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bluejays encounter the J.P. Stevens Hawks (Edison, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 2. Middlesex will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 44-43 non-league loss to Spotswood (Spotswood, NJ).
